Although I don't use Photoshop, so not sure on that one. It was a bane to me when I first updated that I couldn't get the N-trig Duosense drivers, as they came with Control Panel user settings, which I usually set at "Auto" so you could disable the 'touch' screen with a double-tap and still use 'pen' without worrying about your palm making marks all over the place.
But in the end I solved this in W10 by running a little task-bar application, "Tray Touch Toggle", which allows you to turn the touch screen off and on.

I have downloaded the file that you might need from the link you mention and I have Uploaded to the OneDrive site for your recovery if you want it and can't get it through normal methods. If that is not what you after, and you want an old driver, for whatever reason, then you might be able to use the Driver Roll Back feature in Device Manager, or use System Restore to go back a couple of days? Where is Device Manager?
